Stick insects natural camouflage can make them difficult to spot. Stick insects can be relatively large. Some have cylindrical stick-like bodies, while others have a leaf look like shape. The body of insects can be modified to resemble vegetation, and other forms of camouflage. There are more than 3,000 different species, but most species are found in the tropics. A lot of people keep stick insects as pets.














To take photos of insects you will need good lenses like 100mm macro will do the trick, and of course SLR Camera.
